How to Delete from the App

This is the fastest way to remove your data. Open Queen Grafter and follow these steps:

• Tap the Account tab (bottom navigation, rightmost tab).
• Scroll to the bottom of the Account screen.
• Tap Delete Account.
• The app will detect whether you also have Bee Inspector data on this account and give you two options:

Your Two Deletion Options

Option 1 — Delete Queen Grafter Data Only
Removes all Queen Grafter data (grafting sessions, mating nucs, reared queens, standalone colonies) while keeping your account login and any Bee Inspector data intact. Choose this if you use Bee Inspector and want to keep that data.

Option 2 — Delete Entire Account
Permanently deletes all data from both Queen Grafter and Bee Inspector, then removes your account login entirely. You will be signed out and will not be able to recover any data. Choose this only if you want to leave the Annica Studios platform completely.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete Queen Grafter data (Option 1 or Option 2), the following is permanently removed:

• All grafting sessions and milestone records
• All mating nuc inventory and event history
• All reared queen records (including VSH scores)
• All standalone Queen Grafter colonies and queens
• Your FCM device token (stops all push notifications)
• Your membership in any shared teams

If you chose Option 2 (full account), the following is also removed:

• All Bee Inspector data (apiaries, hives, queens, inspections, harvests, treatments)
• Your authentication record (email and password)

Deletion Timeline

Data deletion begins immediately when you confirm in the app. All Queen Grafter records are removed within a few seconds. Firebase authentication credentials are removed immediately. Any residual data in Firebase infrastructure backups is purged within 30 days per Google's standard retention policy.

Can I Recover My Data After Deletion?

No. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. We recommend exporting or noting any important records before proceeding.

Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have access to the app or cannot sign in, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@annicastudios.com from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 7 business days.
